Last night we made this Martha Stewart spiderweb cheesecake. I've never made a cheesecake that didn't come from a box and it was a pain! It was worth it in the end because it turned out really cute. It's in the freezer now until Saturday for the party. I'm hoping the whole "out of sight, out of mind" thing works because I really want to eat it! I am very excited to unmold it and put it on my fancy new cake stand for the party. Tonight I am making the goat cheese ball and a taco cheese ball that looks like a pumpkin. No one will be able to accuse my party of lacking in cream cheese! I also need to go buy more Halloween bowls (we serve soup for dinner) and pick up both small decorative and large carving pumpkins. Whew, that makes me tired just thinking about it.
